Warm up: Relay sprints

Teams of 2 or 3:
30 Overhead squats while partner holds bottom of squat @ 95/65#
30 partner deadlifts @ 255/185#
30 rollers while partner holds plank
30 toes to bar while partner hangs from bar
30 yard fireman's buddy carry

*You may switch as often as needed, however if 1 partner needs to rest, the other must rest. Both work at the same time for reps to count.
