DON'T DROP THE BABY!

In teams of two, complete a 20 min AMRAP while wearing a weighted backpack:

36 wallballs
36 goblet/backpack squats
36 weighted pull ups
36 kettlebell swings
36 weighted burpees

While one athlete works, the other holds a 25# KB/DB in one hand (can switch hands if necessary). If KB touches ground, 5 Burpee penalty for both team members.

2 minute rest.

Then:
4x50 metter shuttle runs w/backpack on front w/20# slamball inside. Team members must alternate each run. Must grab baby items and carry back to partner for partner to then carry during run.
